BCKPC - Project

Project Details

Utica Armory

Utica Armory's original readiness center was constructed in 1930 and was undersized to support the administrative, training and supply space requirements for the proposed readiness center structure. It lacked adequate parking, storage and training areas as well as adequate heating, plumbing and electrical systems. As part of a term contract with the NYS Office of General Services, BCK was tasked to construct a two-story 31,300 sq ft readiness center addition to provide the necessary areas for the unit's required training tasks.
